As you smell and respond to each sample, we register your preferences and aversions and translate them into a structured Fragrance Palette. The result is not a score or label, but a clear direction that reflects how you actually experience scent.

The entire experience is guided on-screen. All context and instructions are provided digitally as you go.

Yes — with a new access code.

Each access code is single-use. To start a new journey, a new access code is required. If you already have the Discovery Box, you do not need a new box.

The Discovery Box contains the physical scent samples required to complete the experience. The box can be shared or gifted — each box includes two access codes, allowing two separate journeys.

Recommendations are based on how your responses align with the structure and character of each fragrance. We prioritize overall fit and real-world wearability.

All recommendations are made independently, without paid placement.

No.

Scan the QR or NFC tag, or go to Begin and enter your access code and email address — no password required. To revisit your results, enter the same access code again.

The experience works on modern phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers using up-to-date versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.

If your Discovery Box arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right. Email [email protected] or use our contact form.

For change-of-mind returns, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the Discovery Box. Returns are accepted only if the box is unused, still sealed in its original packaging, and none of the included access codes have been activated (linked to an email at Begin). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Access codes purchased separately are refundable until activated. An access code is activated once it has been linked to an email address at Begin; after that, the digital service is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

Recommendations are based on your preferences and our scent data, not commercial arrangements with brands or retailers.

To trusted retailers or sample specialists, depending on the fragrance. We recommend reviewing each retailer’s shipping and return policies before purchasing.

Availability can vary by region and retailer. If a fragrance is difficult to find, you can report this directly from the recommendations page. This helps us improve availability data over time.
