1. About us

Discover Your Fragrance is operated by MVH (Belgium). Company details are listed in our Imprint. By purchasing a Discovery Box, purchasing an access code, or using our website and guided experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The service

Discover Your Fragrance provides a guided fragrance discovery experience based on physical scent samples from the Discovery Box and the responses you provide during the experience. Recommendations are personal and subjective, and results may vary from person to person.

3. Discovery Box

The Discovery Box is a physical product that includes numbered scent samples and access codes printed inside the box. The box is intended to be used together with those codes to unlock runs of the guided experience.

4. Access codes

Access codes unlock a run of the guided experience and are designed to be used with the Discovery Box samples.

  • Each access code is valid for one run.
  • When you purchase a Discovery Box, the included access codes are supplied inside the box.
  • When you purchase access codes separately, they are delivered to your email after successful payment.
  • An access code is activated once it has been linked to an email address at Begin. After activation, it cannot be refunded (see section 7).

You are responsible for keeping access codes secure. Do not share access codes publicly.

5. Orders and payment

Prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable and may be updated from time to time. Shipping costs for the Discovery Box are shown at checkout. Payments are processed via our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Delivery

Discovery Box (physical) — we deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times may vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimates shown are indicative.

Access codes (digital) — when purchased separately, access codes are sent to your email after payment. They are not shipped as a physical product.

7. Returns and refunds

How to request a return or refund

Contact us at [email protected] or through our contact form with your order details. We will provide return instructions where applicable.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If your Discovery Box arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after you receive it. We will help resolve the issue promptly.

Change of mind returns (Discovery Box)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Discovery Box. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the box is unused, still sealed in its original packaging, and none of the included access codes have been activated (linked to an email address at Begin).

Our Discovery Box is sealed. If the seal is broken, we treat the box as opened. Activating an included access code means the box has been opened, and a change-of-mind return of the full order may no longer be possible.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Access codes purchased separately (digital)

Access codes are refundable until they are activated. An access code is activated once it has been linked to an email address at Begin. After activation, the digital service is considered delivered and the access code can no longer be refunded.

When you purchase access codes separately, you may be asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate digital delivery and that you understand your right of withdrawal ends once an access code is activated.

8. Using the experience

You agree to use the experience for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the experience, access codes, or content.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website and in the experience, including text, design, and branding, is owned by MVH or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

10. External links

Our website may include links to third-party websites, such as brand stores or retailers. We do not control those websites. Availability, pricing, and terms are set by the third party.

11. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide a high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that the website or experience will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVH will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
